Fill out the form included in your Memory Mittens box. Be sure to include your contact info in case we have follow-up questions.
Send us your loved sweater(s) in the addressed mailer included in the Memory Mittens box.
Jack & Mary Designs will handcraft one-of-a-kind mittens out of your sweater(s).
You'll receive your memory product back in 2-4 weeks.
