Refund policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE
- Any product that was purchased directly from Jack and Mary Designs is returnable with full credit within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Or can be exchanged.
- Products must be in good condition with hangtags attached.
- We reserve the right not to accept returned products after 30 days.
- Please contact us and we will help you sort out your return or exchange.
- If the product has been approved for return or exchange, please send it to 15 Fall Mill Road
York, ME 03909 - Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise discussed (such as in the case of damaged or incorrect items)
DAMAGE
- We are a small company and pride ourselves on Quality Control. We do our best to ensure the best quality product is sent out.
- If something is damaged, please contact us immediately (15 Days Max) so we can arrange a replacement item. We reserve the right not to accept a damaged product after 15 days from purchase.
- Please contact us and we will help you sort out your Damaged item.
